Talk about denial! George Bush defended his administration regarding their response time during the Hurricane Katrina aftermath in New Orleans, obviously feeling as if they did a great job. Give me a break! I'm sure I'm not alone when I say this man truly deserves a sledge hammer taken to his head because we all saw the macabre on television as all those people were abandoned for days before any federal and military assistance arrived. So many deaths could have been avoided, and to this day much of New Orleans is dilapidated and suffers in post-Katrina neglect. We live in a sick world when a president can commit such treason against his country and is able to be redeemed from it without any charge or penalty, to the point where he is allowed to stand at a podium and defend himself. OFF WITH HIS HEAD, I SAY!!
